A small studio, by choice.
We are a Montréal performance agency. Bilingual EN/FR. Senior practitioners only. We work with a small number of operators each year — and we say no more often than yes.
Mohamed Lamine Akermi.
Lamine started his career in product at a Montréal SaaS company, moved to growth, and — over the next decade — was the person responsible for the acquisition function at a sequence of operating businesses on both sides of the border.
He founded Québec Inc. after watching a generation of agencies drift away from operator priorities — toward dashboards, vanity metrics, and process. The studio exists, in his words, to be the agency he always wanted to hire.
He works directly on every engagement.
Four things we will not negotiate.
Operators, not vendors.
Most of our team has built or operated companies before. We don't deliver decks; we deliver pipeline.
Senior people on every account.
The person you meet on the diagnostic is the person on your weekly review six months later.
Bias for revenue.
We measure ourselves on the number that matters to your CFO, not the one that's easiest to put on a slide.
Bilingual by default.
We work in English and French because our market is Canadian. Both feel native, neither is an afterthought.
A short history.
- 2026Québec Inc. founded in Montréal by Mohamed Lamine Akermi after a decade of in-house and agency growth roles.
- 2026 · Q2First three engagements signed across professional services, B2B SaaS, and DTC.
- 2026 · ongoingBuilding the studio carefully. We accept no more than two new engagements per quarter.
We do not have a thirty-person team. We do not have a sales floor. What we have is a small group of senior people who have done this work, in operating roles, before they did it for a living.
Two engagements per quarter.
If you have a clear ICP, working unit economics, and a willingness to spend on what works — we should talk.
