International transfers
Some of our service providers, including our payment processor and hosting provider, are headquartered in the United States or operate global infrastructure. Retention

- ·Engagement and accounting records — at least seven (7) years, in accordance with Canadian tax law
- ·Website analytics — up to 26 months in aggregated form
- ·Billing records held by our payment processor — per the processor's own retention policies
When personal information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, vendor due diligence, and a documented incident-response process. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to acting promptly in the event of a breach as required by law.

Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting your rights will be communicated to you where reasonably possible.
